Since 2016 we have been working with an innovation initiative at P&G in Germany.
How can we inspire and encourage more and more people to work with Design Thinking?
We kicked off our journey by inviting everyone to the 'Innovation Games'. 75 people got together in small groups to epxerience a fun Design Thinking session. They worked on three actuall business cases of P&G and developed 15 prototypes.
People who got excited about working with Design Thinking, joined our Design Thinking Daily training. They learned how to use the methods in their day-to-day work, becoming fully equipped Design Thinking ambassadors who pass on the knowledge by integrating the tools in regular meetings.
The Innovation Games became a regular event at P&G to find more people who want to get stuck into Design Thinking methods and explore their creative confidence.
At P&G there is now a real community of innovation enthusiasts who take part in regular Innovation Sprints we facilitate to bring new ideas to life.
"It has been an inspiring journey so far. We found a lot of motivated people to drive innovation further at P&G."
